Lottery
Betty features a daily lottery system where users can win rewards paid out in Ethereum (ETH). The core of this system is the accumulation and distribution of rewards based on user participation.
Reward Accumulation
Lottery Vault: The total value of daily rewards is directly linked to the amount of ETH accumulated in the lottery vault.
Ticket Purchases: Users contribute to the vault by purchasing lottery tickets. The accumulated ETH in the vault determines the daily reward value.
Ticket Mechanics
Expiry Period: Each lottery ticket has a validity period of 7 days from the date of purchase.
Winning Tickets: Upon winning, a ticket is immediately destroyed or removed from the pool of active tickets.
Winning and Payouts
A winner is selected every 24 hourss from the pool of active, non-expired tickets.
Rewards are paid out in ETH to the winners, with the amount depending on the accumulated ETH in the vault at the time of the draw. Minimum reward is 1 ETH.
Fairness and transparency are assured by Chainlink VRF.
